Yes. Your Healthcare Assist plan is a household membership – it includes you, your spouse or partner, and anyone else living in your household with you. Up to 2 adult co-habitants and any children up to age 26.
No problem. You can cancel any time during your 30-day review period and owe nothing. After that, you can still cancel your membership at any time by calling the Member Services number included in your kit.
The $9.95/month fee is conveniently added to your Lincoln Heritage life insurance payment.
